Love the small town feel of Lindon!! The kids would really rather be in the parade than watch it and the football team loves to chant and yell to get the crowd cheering. The boys look forward to it every year.
Our coaches, Jason, Darin and Kelly are good sports to walk with the boys!!
Coach Rose was the best MC, he kept the boys pumped up with Viking spirit... and informed the crowd on how they could support our Lindon teams. Go Lance!!
Lisa, Sophie and I sat in the crowd cheering on the Football team and the Primary kids. My kids made me wake Lisa up and ask her to come with us because they doubted my ability to retrieve the candy for Sophie. They were so worried Sophie wouldn't be quick enough with her cast. So Lisa was the designated candy snatcher and Sophie was so pleased with her Aunt.

Marlee was so excited when she found out the Primary parade was the same as the football parade... Love all our neighbors and the kids had so much fun!!

I guess the primary kids ran out of candy to throw, so Marlee decided to save what she had left in this little bucket to give to Sophie when they passed by. She carried it the rest of the parade until she spotted us. Marlee didn't want Sophie to miss out on all the fun and made sure she had candy to give to her sister. What a sweetheart !! Sophie was thrilled to see her sister running towards us!

Looks like the whole neighborhood had fun! We have just an awesome neighborhood!
That is the sweetest that Marz saved the candy for Sophie. See, I told you they still love each other amidst all the fighting. You gave them the best gift in the whole wide world, each other!
