Dry Creek Canyon

We decided to hike up Dry Creek Canyon with the family. What a beautiful place we live in. It was so green and the mountains were incredible.

After about 100 yards from where we started,Dillon saw a trantula. It was kind of freaky, but we have a lot of them near our house and I was amazed to see how the kids and myself are getting use to these furry spiders. Yuck!!

Nothing is better than spending time with the fam.

Truxton could go forever... he has found a new love of hiking.

Dillon didn't quite understand the purpose, but was a good sport and said he'd go again. The girls loved it and did really well for as far as we went. I'm sure we'll pick another spot and do it again soon. The rain started coming down before we left, which made it fun to remember.

It's so fun to be able to do things together and have kids finally old enough to walk on there own. :)
